"THE LIVING FIRE" WAS SHOWN IN POLAND AGAIN

On December 28th, in the Polish city of Lodz, a screening of the documentary film "The Living Fire" by Ostap Kostiuk took place.

The organizers of the film evening stated, "Our goal has always been to create cultural events in Lodz for Ukrainians. Unfortunately, there is no Ukrainian community in the city that would bring our people together. Therefore, in these screenings, we see cultural value, integration, as Poles also participate, and therapeutic value for people experiencing the trauma of war."

After watching the film, the audience, including many Polish students and cultural figures, had the opportunity to share their impressions during an open discussion.

All funds raised during the event were directed towards the rehabilitation of the film's main character, Ivanka, who suffered a severe head injury several years ago.
